When you define your vision very clearly, it makes it so much easier to move forward with it. This is a critical step in moving from distraction to action.

Getting Stuff Done
In this module, we're going to explore the various ways we tend to get in our own way as ADHDers, and create strategies for managing procrastination and following through on what you say you're going to do!
